Not a repro!
Up for sale is an unusually large antique Canton Export mug.
I have never seen one this size.
It is cylindrical in shape and measures 5-7/8″ high by 4-3/4″ across the rim.
It is finely hand-painted with classic Canton pattern motifs in cobalt blue.
Unfortunately, the double twist handle has broken off, though one of the pieces remains.
Also note a small flake to bottom edge beneath the handle area.
Remainder of the mug’s body is perfect.
Displays beautifully; would make an excellent vase.
The low starting price reflects the mug’s condition.
